Resources on Insider Threats and Workplace Violence

A shooting at Old National Bank in Louisville injured 8 and killed 5, including the shooter. Below, GRF’s Business Resilience Council has provided a number of resources which may be helpful to practitioners of physical and corporate security. Each resource provides info to help understand the threat of physical violence in the workplace including causes, warning signs and best practices. One alarming statistic surrounding workplace violence is that 62% of insiders who become active shooters have a history of behaving in an abusive or harassing manner.
